Your Western Intel Limited investigative report will not contain such statements as “lost during pursuit,” “could not locate claimant’s current residence; please provide us with an upcoming medical pickup,” “home and inactive” or “the claimant became suspicious so surveillance was terminated.” In the rare event that one of the above scenarios does occur, we will do whatever it takes to make sure that you are satisfied. • All of our investigators carry concealed covert cameras. We will not miss the opportunity to film your subject carrying a case of soda inside the store, lifting a load of wet laundry at the Laundromat, or bench pressing 200 pounds at the gym. • All of our investigators have the equipment in the field to provide you with video clips of the activity as soon as it happens. • All of our investigators are full-time, experienced surveillance operatives (average of 10 years experience). • We do not utilize sub-contractors. • Surveillance Supervisors randomly conduct surveillance on our own investigators to confirm their integrity. • All of our reports contain action photos taken from the actual surveillance video, as well as identification photos of the subject, the subject’s residence, and the subject’s vehicles. • Surveillance is conducted from the back seat of the surveillance vehicle. Always. Our experience in the field and our survey of other companies revealed that most investigators prefer to conduct surveillance from the front seat of their vehicle!
